During a Sale- Terms And Conditions

Due to the high volume of orders that we receive during a sale please read the following Terms and Conditions prior to ordering.
  • Please read the product and sizing description carefully before purchasing. There are no returns on sale items. 
  • We do not exchange, refund or store credit items purchased on sale. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Once we receive and order during a sale period we cannot add to or change any items on the order once we have receive it.
  • We maintains that we are unable to offer pricing amendments on items originally purchased at RRP or in a sale or on any promotional items that are temporarily reduced. Once an item has been purchased at a RRP or discounted sale price, no additional pricing reductions will be offered, should the item be further marked-down.
  • Sale discounts and codes are only available during an advertised sale. Once the sale is over no orders will amended to reflect the sale price if the order was placed outside of the sale timeframe. 
  • If the sale requires a code and it is not entered we can not amend the payment after the sale has been processed. 
  • If stock sells out during a sale or was unavailable at the start of the sale it will not be restocked during the sale.
  • Only one code can be redeemed per transaction. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed when another code is not being used.
  • Free shipping prices may change during a sale.
  • Shipping time frames change during a sale due to the high amount of orders that we receive. We have a maximum 10 business day turn around to ship all orders after a sale.

How Long Will my order take to ship?

  • If we receive the order prior to 2pm, we will endeavor to ship your order the same day. If for any reason we are unable to do so then your order will be shipped on the next business day. 
  • For all our International customers your order is shipped using a standard service and has an estimated delivery period of 10-14 business days. Please allow for a couple of extra days during the holiday season.
  • International express shipping is valid for International customers at a flat rate of $26.00 and will be delivered within 7-10 business days. 

Do you take Pre-Orders? 

  • Unless otherwise stated, we do not take pre-orders at present. Follow @modistmiii for all restock and new release dates and times.

Will there be Customs tax and Duty fees? 

  • Please take into consideration the customs and duties taxes of your country that can be applied to your package in order for you to collect your package. Unfortunately we have no control over these fees, and these fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Modist mi is not liable for any customs and duties fees. 

What if I don't like the style or fit? 

  • Not sure on size? We put all measurements up in the description for your benefit. Please make sure that you take them into consideration when placing your order. 
  • If the sizing or style is not quite right we will happily exchange the item or provide you with store credit. For our full exchange policy please see our Terms and Conditions.
  • Please see our full exchange policy under 'Terms'. Please apply for an exchange no longer than 7 days from the date of your package being delivered to you. 
  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact our customer service team straight away so we can fix this up for you! Please apply for a replacement item no longer than 7 days from the date of your package being delivered. If there is a fault deemed on inspection of your item, we will cover the cost of return postage and a replacement item. 

Can I Change my Order? 

  • Once you have gone through the check out process we are unable to change your order. Please make sure you put in the correct address as we are not liable if you make a mistake. 

Do we ship worldwide? 

  • Yes we ship worldwide! Once your package arrives to the country of destination it will transfer over to the local postal service. Packages are subject to the customs/duties of each country.

Delays in Shipping? 

  • Shipping delays can be subject to the weather conditions in your area and also the volume of packages that the postal system is processing at the time. This is completely out of our control.
